Boutique river cruising is the speciality of Uniworld, who in partnership with Red Carnation boutique hotels have built new ships and remodelled their existing fleet to create a luxurious trademark style.
The newest addition to their fleet is SS Antoinette which has a swimming pool, cabins with open-air balconies which close at the touch of a button, and French chateau style interior. It is probably the finest river ship in Europe.

Cabins are stocked with bottled water and speciality tea and coffee are available 24-hours a day.
Cabins and amenities
Deluxe touches include English hand-made beds with plush bedding and a range of pillow options. The luxurious marble bathrooms are stocked with L'Occitane products, super-soft towels and bath robes.
Each Uniworld ship has its own uniquely designed public spaces and cabin interiors, with French windows in many cabins.
Onboard amenities
Life on board centres around the Main Lounge where guests can enjoy piano music, entertainment with local performers and the occasional lecture. The Captain's Lounge and Library is a smaller, more intimate public space.
All ships have free on-board Internet and Wi-Fi access, a Fitness Centre and Spa, while others also have a swimming pool, sauna or Jacuzzi, and a variety of items are sold in the on-board boutique.
Dining and full-service restaurant
Complimentary fine wines, beer and soft drinks are served with lunch and dinner. There is open-seat dining in the main restaurant.
Conditions permitting, guests can dine outside on the Sun Deck.
Shore excursions
English-speaking guides lead the included shore excursions, which are enhanced by 'Quietvox' audio systems. The excursions programme is overseen by a professional on-board Cruise Manager. Use of ships' bicycles and Nordic walking poles is complimentary.
Included flights and home pickup service
Fully-bonded UK flight-inclusive packages and private chauffeur-driven executive car transfers from your front door and home again on your return are a relaxing and comfortable start and end to your cruise. There is a surcharge for journeys over 150 miles. Cruises are also available without flights.
Single travellers
